We provide over 4,000 homes, principally throughout South Yorkshire, the Peak District, Cheshire, South Manchester and Shropshire, housing the retired, in both sheltered and independent schemes, single people, couples and families. Two thirds of our homes are for rent with the remainder being shared ownership.
