All of our calls go through the Residents' Services Centre. The Centre is there to help you whether you are a tenant, resident, customer, contractor, partner or have a housing enquiry. Our trained, customer services team will deal with your enquiry or put you through to the appropriate person.
OUR NORMAL WORKING HOURS ARE 8.30 AM TO 5.00 PM..
If you want to register on to our accommodation for rent list your details can be taken over the phone or, if you have the form and are having trouble completing it, advise can be given.
Over a week, the centre will take in excess of 2,500 calls.
We constantly monitor how effective the centre is and how happy our customers are with the service. Residents' satisfaction has consistently been over 90% and overall 80% of calls are dealt with at this first point of contact. We believe this is because our customers are pleased to be able to talk to a real person who knows our business well, rather than leave a message on a tape. We continually strive to improve our customer service standards.
If you have trouble getting through, please do bear with us, as sometimes we can get very busy.
But, we do also have a 24 hour out-of-hours repair service for our residents.
If you need assistance, just call the normal number 0800 733233 and your call will be transferred to our out-of-hours service. You don't need to worry or be inconvenienced for long, if the problem is not an emergency, you will be given good advise that you can act on until we can deal within your repair during normal working hours. If your call is an emergency, we will come out to you.
